Community Service
Operation Hope
Operation Hope is a shelter for men, women and children, located in downtown Fairfield. The Welcome Club of Fairfield/Easton assists Operation Hope by donating a dinner each month. This meal is organized by a monthly Coordinator and prepared by 3 Cooks.
We are currently looking for volunteers to coordinate meals in order to help those living at the Operation Hope Shelter in downtown Fairfield. Please let us know if you are interested. Contact communityservice@welcomeclub.org if you are available to help or would like more information.
Grasmere Eldercare Visits
What a wonderful time of the year to get involved in community service!! Every other month, the Welcome Club will be visiting Grasmere Eldercare Center, an Adult Day Center in Fairfield. Visits include family-friendly activities such as songs, crafts, or games with the seniors. This will be a wonderful opportunity to introduce your family to the value of community service in a fun and friendly atmosphere.
